My first act would be to acquire a heavy duty vehicle, like a Hummer or tractor... but a tractor moves slow... maybe a battle tank... still slow... so I'll stick to the Humvee... and drive around KL and run over all the law offenders... especially the Mat Rempits who don't respect the law and race wherever they feel like and scratch people's nice cars... just run them all over with my Humvee... also for those who park illegally and become a nuisance for others... I mean, I get it, sometimes parking can be tough but you don't have to make life miserable for other people to pass through... after a couple of weeks, people would have to start behaving, otherwise their cars / bikes would be completely destroyed...
I would also use my weapons to unleash justice to those who murders their babies by either abandoning them to die or by way of abusing. Yup, my electric whips and billy club would be put to good use for sure. Then I'd hang them (not by their necks of course) at a very public place so that they'd become examples to future baby murderers.
Hmm, what else can I do... I guess I could just patrol the streets and help out those in need, especially in areas where theft normally occur. But then again, that sounds like what Batman would do. Not the Green Hornet.
Maybe I oughta upgrade the local police task force or something so that they'd be more efficient in handling criminal cases like the ones in the TV shows.
Or it depends on what my sidekick wants to do... hehe...
